1.Using your measuring cup, boil exactly 2 liters of water on high flame and add 1 packet of 200 grams Pong’s Laksa Paste. Stir well till paste is totally dissolved. Lower to medium flame before adding 700 ml of coconut cream, and continue to stir.
2.Turn off the flame and add 100 ml of evaporated milk, stir well and put the lid on and allow it to settle for 25 minutes before serving.
3.Pour hot water over the noodles and drain after 3-5 minute before serving the desire amount of noodles into a bowl and cutting them into short strips. Then add the different ingredients. You may also add a hard boil egg as an added option.
4.Turn the flame back on using low flame, pour gravy into the bowl and drain. Repeat this process 3 times to ensure that the final serving will be piping hot.
5.Finally garnish with laksa leaves and eat with just a soup spoon without shop sticks to fully savour every mouth full.
